“Peşə təhsilinin məzmunun təkmilləşdirilməsi” layihəsi çərçivəsində 7 ixtisas üzrə dəyirmi masa təşkil edilmişdir.

Noyabr və Dekabr ayları ərzində “Sənayedə quraşdırma işləri üzrə usta”, “Avtomobil diaqnostikası və təmiri ustası”, “Proqramla idarə olunan dəzgahların operatoru”, “Balıq yetişdirmə üzrə mütəxəssis”, “Satış üzrə məsləhətçi”, “Lift ustası” və “Rəngsaz və suvaq ustası” ixtisasları üzrə 7 dəyirmi təşkil edilmişdir.

Həyata keçirilmiş dəyirmi masaların əsas məqsədi müvafiq sahə üzrə sənayedə mühüm rol oynayan özəl sektor əməkdaşları, ekspertlər və peşə təhsili müəssisələrinin təhsilverənləri ilə mövcud təhsil proqramlarının müzakirəsi və bu proqramlar üzrə rəylərinin alınması, həmçinin ixtisasın əmək bazarının tələblərinə tam uyğunlaşdırılması və yenilənməsi üçün təkliflərin öyrənilməsi olmuşdur.

Görüşlər zamanı layihə və texniki peşə təhsili haqqında məlumat verilib, təhsil proqramının strukturu, peşə standartı, kvalifikasiya standartı ilə bağlı təlimat iştirakçılara təqdim edilərək müvafiq ixtisas üzrə kurikulum təqdim olunmuş və səriştə əsaslı təlim keçirilmişdir. Həmçinin müxtəlif qrup işləri vasitəsilə işəgötürənlərin rəy və təklifləri müzakirə olunmuşdur.

Qeyd edək ki, Elm və Təhsil Nazirliyinin “Peşə təhsilinin məzmunun təkmilləşdirilməsi” layihəsi çərçivəsində müvafiq ixtisaslar üzrə təhsil proqramlarının (kurikulumların) hazırlanması nəzərdə tutulur.

During the months of November and December, “Industrial installation technician”, “Automotive Diagnostic and Repair Technician”, “Program Machine Operator”, “Fish Farming Specialist”, “Sales Consultant”, “Elevator Technician” and “Painter and 7 round tables were organized for plasterer” specialties.

The main purpose of the held round tables was to discuss the existing educational programs with private sector employees, experts and teachers of vocational education institutions who play an important role in the industry in the relevant field, and to receive their opinions on these programs, as well as to study proposals for fully adapting and renewing the specialty to the requirements of the labor market.

During the meetings, information was provided about the project and technical vocational education, instructions on the structure of the educational program, occupational standard, qualification standard were presented to the participants, the curriculum for the relevant specialty was presented, and competency-based training was conducted. Also, opinions and suggestions of employers were discussed through various group work.

It should be noted that within the framework of the “Content Improvement of Vocational Education” project of the Ministry of Science and Education, it is planned to prepare educational programs (curricula) for relevant specialties.
